RAINELLE - Clyde M. Wickline, 77, of Rainelle, passed away early Wednesday morning, Oct. 3, 2007, at his home following a long illness.
Born May 2, 1930, at Fort Spring, he was a son of the late William A. and Georgie M. Carter Wickline.
Mr. Wickline attended Faith Baptist Church of Rupert, and was a U.S. Army veteran. He was also a retired coal miner.
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Jane Holliday Wickline; four daughters, Kledith Weakley of Kansas, Dorthea Wickline of Missouri, Claudette Smith of Brandywine and Debra Brackman of Rainelle; a son, William Roy Wickline of Meadow Bluff; a sister, Juanita Jane Allen of Alderson; a brother, Tommy Clay Wickline of Fayetteville; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, at Wallace and Wallace Chapel, Rainelle, with the Rev. Charles Meadows officiating. Burial will follow at Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville.
Friends may call 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Jake Brackman, Jim Watkins, James Miller, Doug Wickline, B.J. Neff and Gary Harris.
