Minnie Rollyson Dies In Hospital
Final rites for Mrs. Minnie Grace Rollyson, 82, of 226 Edgewood Drive will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Calfee Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. O. M. Gates of Soak Creek in charge. Burial will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Rollyson died in a local hospital at 7 a.m. Monday after a long illness.
Born in Summers County Nov. 8, 1886, she had been a resident of Raleigh County for the past 60 years. Mrs. Rollyson was a member of the Wesleyan Chapel on Johnstown Road , Beckley. Her husband William H. Rollyson, preceded her in death in 1918.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Maude Terreo and Miss Oretta Rollyson, both of Beckley; five sons, Ilow and John, both of Detroit, Mich., Jack and O'Dell, both of Beckley, and Jessie of Gilbert.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
