THE HAND OF DEATH
Mrs. Mary Kathryn Hunter
Mrs. Mary Kathryn Hunter, a pioneer resident of Greenbrier county, died on March 10 at the home of her son, George, at McRoss. She was 97 years old. Two other sons, Sam of Rupert and Jennings of Kieffer survive. She was a member of the Amwell Baptist church.

MRS. MARY K. HUNTER
Mrs. Mary Kathryn Hunter, 79, dies at the home of her son Geo. Hunter, at McRoss at 1:30 p.m. March 10. She was born in Greenbrier county, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wash Crane. She was a member of the Amwell Baptist church at Rupert.
Surviving are Sam Hunter, Rupert; George Hunter, McRoss; Jennings A. Hunter, Kieffer; Wade Hunter, of McRoss and Mrs. Annie Sanford, of East Rainelle.
Funeral services will be held Sunday at Amwell church. Burial will follow in the Amwell cemetery with Rev. Leslie Crane officiating.

The cause of his death was head trauma.

Process returned executed before June 1st 1911 & bill filed at June rules 1911 & set for hearing and this cause came on this 28th day of June 1911 to be heard upon the said process so returned executed bill & filed and upon the depositions of witnesses ??? in the presence of defendant and was argued by counsel.
Upon consideration whereof the court doth order and decree that the plaintiff be absolutely divorced from the defendant and that ther bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them be dissolved and the plaintiff shall recover her costs which the defendant shall pay forthwith.
