MEADOW BRIDGE - Mrs. Gertrude Griffin, 75, of Meadow Bridge, Fayette County, died Sunday at her home after a long illness.
She was a member of the Meadow Bridge Baptist Church and a native of Meadow Bridge.
Surviving: son, William D. of Meadow Bridge; daughter, Mrs. Irene Gwinn of Meadow Bridge;
sisters, Mrs. Goldie Rookstool, Mrs. Mary Pat Bragg, Mrs. Nona Clay, Mrs. Grace Dodson
and Mrs. Zella Judy, all of Meadow Bridge; foster-daughter, Georgia Rookstool of Meadow
Bridge; brothers, W. 0. Walkup of Meadow Bridge and James E. Walkup of Toledo, Ohio.
The body is at the Don Smathers Funeral Home in Rainelle. Arrangements are incomplete.

Burial will be in Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville. Mrs. Griffin, 75, of Meadow Bridge, Fayette County, died Sunday at home. Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at Don Smathers Funeral Home, Rainelle.
