MRS. CLARA WITHROW DIES AT SON'S HOME

LEWISBURG, May 13 - Mrs. Clara C. Withrow, 77, widow of the late Thomas Withrow, died at the home of her son, Delmar Withrow, of Unus, this morning.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2:30 p.m. with the Rev. J. Q. Geiger and Rev. J. P. Proffitt officiating. Burial will follow at the Renick Cemetery.

Surviving are another son, Ernest Withrow of Frankford; three daughters, Mrs. G. R. Morton, Websters Springs; Mrs. L. S. McFerrin, Williamsburg; and Mrs. J. Z. Weathers, of Shelby, N.C.; one brother, Tom Brown, Renick.

The body will be removed from the Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home to the home of her son, Delmar Withrow, Friday at 5 p.m.

Clara married James H. WITHROW, son of Eli Davis WITHROW and Mary Frances BOBBITT, on 2 Jun 1887 in Greenbrier Co., WV.²⁶ (James H. WITHROW was born in 1863 in Greenbrier Co., WV ²⁶.)

Clara next married Thomas Delmar WITHROW, son of Eli Davis WITHROW and Mary Frances BOBBITT, on 27 Feb 1906 in Greenbrier Co., WV.⁶⁴³ (Thomas Delmar WITHROW was born on 12 Jun 1858 in Richlands, Greenbrier Co., VA,⁶⁴⁴ died on 28 Nov 1938 in Richlands, Greenbrier Co., WV ⁶⁴⁴ and was buried on 2 Dec 1938 in Levisay Cemetery, Frankford, Greenbrier Co., WV ⁶⁴⁴.). The cause of his death was cerebral hemorrhage.
