Mrs. Burgess Dies In Fairlea
LEWISBURG (RNS) - Mrs. Rhoda Morris Burgess, 85, of Lewisburg died Monday morning in a Fairlea hospital after a long illness.
A Lewisburg resident most of her life, she was a member of the Shuck Memorial Baptist Church in Lewisburg.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Raymond (Louise) Zicafoose and Mrs. Hamilton (Hilda) Beall, both of Lewisburg; one son, James E. of Lewisburg, five grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home Chapel in Lewisburg. Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery at Richlands.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. today and the family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m.
