Harry T. Crane, 68, husband of Mrs. Della D. Crane, died suddenly at 4:30 p.m. Monday at his home, Dover R. 1, near Detter's mill. Death was due to a heart condition.
A native of Greenbriar county, West Virginia, he had resided in that area for about 15 years, where he had been engaged in farming. He was a member of the Baptist Church in Greenbriar county.
Survivors are: 13 children, Delbert and Milton Crane and Mrs. Richard Spangler, all of Dover R. 1; Cecil and Walter Crane and Mrs. John Osborne, all of York; Stanford, Wilford and Ruby Crane, all at home; Mrs. George Lewis, Estey, W. Va.; Samuel Crane, Jacobus; Henry Crane, East Berlin R. 1; Mrs. Leroy Drawbaugh, Dover R. 3; three sisters, Mrs. Gussie Remley, Mrs. Mollie Robinson and Mrs. Daisy Hanna, and four brothers, Oakley, Toney, Eddie and Gradon Crane, all of Greenbriar County; 42 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services Thursday at 10 a.m. at Emig Funeral Home, Dover. Rev. Roy W. Limbert, pastor of Dover Reformed charge, will officiate. Interment in Rohlers Cemetery.
