Virginia Phipps Gibson is proud to announce the marriage of her son, Mark Edward Phipps, to Dreama Lee Wickline Stidom of Clintonville. Mark is also the son of the late Edward Lewis Phipps. Dreama is the daughter of Vona Hinkle Wickline of Clintonville and the late William R. Wickline.
They were married Sept. 24, at the Huttonsville Correctional Center by the Rev. Billy Belcher of Rupert. The groom's mother and sister served as witnesses for the ceremony. The couple plan to renew their vows and love for each other upon his release.
