MARFRANCE \emdash Kathy Sue Phipps, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ulysses Phipps was honored on her fourth birthday anniversary Saturday afternoon at a party at the home of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Bernard A. Barker.

Guests included Brenda, Marylyn, and Denny Barker, Roy Wayne and Kathy Bevins, Lynn Hanger, Darlene, Charlene, and Jimmie King, and Gary Hanger.
