Miss Eugenia McCutcheon, 65, of 1620 McClung St., formerly of Nicholas County, a retired supervisor for the West Virginia Department of Welfare, died Saturday in St. Frances Hospital after a long illness.
A former Nicholas County school teacher, she was a graduate of Marshall University and attended American University in Washington, D.C. Miss McCutcheon was a member of the Richwood Presbyterian Church.
Surviving: several nieces and nephews.
Service will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in White Funeral Home, Summersville, with the Rev. Robert D. Burch officiating. Burial will be in Walker Memorial Park. Friends may call today from 7 to 9 p.m.

Dr. and Mrs. L. N. McCutchison of Fifth avenue have announced the marriage to their daughter, Eugenia, to George Hensley of Huntington. The marriage took place in Portsmouth, O., on March 8. Mrs. Hensley is a graduate of the Richwood high school and also attended school at Marshall college in Huntington. Mr. Hensley is the son of Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Hensley of Huntington and is a Junior at Marshall college.
