MRS. BETTY L. LEWIS, 56, OF CHARLESTON, formerly of Hines, died Jan. 2, 1991, in Memorial Division, CAMC, of an apparent heart attack. She was a homemaker and a former school teacher. She was a Baptist. Surviving: daughters, Dena Lewis of Charleston, Sandra Estep of Harpers Ferry; sisters, Patsy McClung of Lewisburg, Phyllis Green of Gosport, Ind., Bonnie Lewis of Summersville; brothers, Bill Hines of Thornville, Ohio, Gale Hines of Hines; one grandson. Service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Smathers Funeral Home, Rainelle, with the Rev. Roger Williams officiating. Burial will be in End of the Trail Cemetery, Clintonville.
