Survived by wife, Lillie (Miller) Forinash, daughter, Gladys Forinash, son, Dana Forinash of Horner; sisters, Mrs. Eva Darnall and Mrs. Myrtle Butcher of Weston. Brother, Ivan Forinash died recently. Burial at Masonic cemetery.
