SKAGGS, Mrs. Sarah Kelly - 66, of Hughart, Greenbrier County, died Monday night in Greenbrier Valley Hospital after a brief illness. Surviving are her husband, Sandy; a half-sister, Rachel Williams, of Ronceverte. Service will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow in Sinking Creek Baptist Church, Rev. Hubert Quesenberry officiating. Burial will be in the family cemetery under the direction of Wallace and Wallace mortuary of Lewisburg. The body will be taken to the residence at 5 p.m. today and to the church one hour before service.
