CHARLES LEE "BUCK' BENNETT, 82, of Rainelle, died Sept. 27, 1994, at Rainelle Medical Center, after a long illness. He was a retired coal miner and a member of UMW. Surviving: son, Edward of Woodbridge, Va.; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild. Graveside service and burial will be 2 p.m. today at Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Sam Black Church, Greenbrier County, with the Rev. Carl Cable officiating. There will be no visitation. Wallace-Wallace Funeral Home, Rainelle, is in charge of arrangements.

Buck married Beatrice Larain JOHNSON, daughter of Brooks Flem JOHNSON and Margaria Nell "Margie" CRANE.
