Veteran Fayette Teacher Claimed
RAINELLE ? Mr. Wannice Gunnoe, 65, of Lookout in Fayette County died Wednesday at his home of a heart attack.
Mr. Gunnoe was a teacher for 37 years at the Lookout High School. He was a member of the Masons and Beri Kedem Shrine. Mr. Gunnoe was a graduate of West Virginia University, and a veteran of World War II.
Surviving: wife, Phyllis Burr Gunnoe; stepdaughter, Jo Bonds of Columbus, Ohio; brothers, Garth of Richwood, Harry C. of Charleston, and Willis of Towson, Md.
Service will be 11 a.m Saturday in the Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home in Rainelle with the Rev. Hilbert McClung officiating. Burial with masonic rites will be in the Russlawn Memory Gardens at Victor.
Wannis married Phyllis Pauline BURR, daughter of Ryland Dickson BURR and Myrtle Virginia CALLISON.
