CRAWLEY (RNS) ? Mrs. Mabel Blanche Puckett, 66, died at her home Tuesday morning after a short illness.
Born April 13, 1903, at Smoot, she was the daughter of the late William and Florence Allen Perkins.
Survivors include her husband, Dan; a daughter, Mrs. Merna Ralston of Roanoke, Va.; a son, Frank, at home; three sisters, Mrs. Beulah Thompson of Clintonville, Mrs. Nell Legg of East Rainelle and Mrs. Irma Austin of Monroe, Ohio; and four brothers, Ralph of Smoot, Robert of Lanark and Roe and Rev. Ray Perkins, both of Crawley.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. today in the Don Smathers Funeral Home Chapel in East Rainelle with Rev. Charles W. Ambrose, Jr. in charge. Burial will be in the Puckett Cemetery at Vale.
The body is at the funeral home.
