CARL OSBORNE, 68, OF CHARMCO, GREENBRIER County, died Oct. 30, 1987, in Beckley VA Medical Center after a short illness. He was a veteran of World War II and was retired from the Army. Surviving: daughter, Margaret Ann Hendrick of Clinton, Md.; sons, Roger William of Rixeyville, Va., John Carl of Starling Park, Va., Earl David of Charmco; sisters, Virginia Wertz of Charleston, Gertrude Morton of Rupert, Cuma Mace, Violet Walkup and Marie Morris, all of Charmco; seven grandchildren. Service will be 11 a.m. today at Wallace Memorial Mausoleum Chapel, Clintonville, with the Rev. Willie Bailes officiating. Burial will be in Wallace Memorial Cemetery. Wallace-Wallace Funeral Home, Rainelle, is in charge of arrangements.
