French G. Wilson, 70, 31636 St. Rt. 31, Byhalia died Thursday, Jan. 14 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. He was a former employee of O. M. Scott and Sons.
He was born April 6, 1917 in West Virginia to Anderson and Nancy Wilson who preceded him in death.
Twice married, he was preceded in death by Ruby Days in 1966 and he is survived by his wife Joyce Parsons Wilson.
Also surviving are four daughters, Gloria Gibson, Greenville, S.C., Nancy Herd, Raymond, Leta Montgomery, Seattle, Wash., Jill Pruitt, Phoenix, Ariz., two sons, Robert Wilson, Phoenix, John Wilson, Marysville, three step-daughters, Diana Jones, Canton, Cathy Vitale, North Canton, Wendy Parsons, Canton, 18 grandchildren, five stepgrandchildren, seven greatgrandchildren, two brothers, Reed Wilson, Richwood, Othal Wilson, W.Va. and a sister Mrs. Verby Williams, W.Va.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday at the Ingram Funeral Home with the Rev. Richard Worden officiating and interment in Oakdale Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m.
