MRS. ELDORNS M FORNASH
Mrs. Mary E. Fornash, 49, died yesterday in her home, 835 West Broad St. after an illness of five years. She was pronounced dead at Elyria Memorial Hospital at 2:15 p.m.
Mrs. Fornash was born in Willow Springs, Mo. She was a member of the House of Prayer of Cleveland.
Surviving are her husband, Eldorus M. Fornash to whom she was married 29 years; two daughters, Mrs. Darryl Rodgers of Harrisburg, Pa. and Mrs. Carl Mueller of Collins; a son, Wolford N. Fornash, Elyria; four granddaughters; two brothers, T. O. Gooden of Chicora, Pa. and Frederick D. Gooden, Jr. of Fairmont, W. Va.; her father, Frederick D. Gooden, Sr., Chicora, Pa. and nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be Friday at 1:30 p.m. in the Harold Dicken Funeral Home. The Rev. James Beaty will officiate. Burial will be in Brookdale Cemetery.
Friends will be received in the funeral home tomorrow from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.
