RAINELLE - Susan Ann Rodgers, 35, passed away Monday, June 5, 2006, in Charleston Area Memorial Hospital following a short illness.
Born May 18, 1971, in Beckley, she was the daughter of Alfred E. Lance Jr. and Gloria L. Lambert Lance of Rainelle.
Mrs. Rodgers worked at Zapper's Pizza in Rainelle and attended the Tabernacle of the I Am in Rainelle.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Randy Lee Rodgers; a son, Shawn Michael Rodgers; two daughters, Kelsey Samantha and Sierra Jo Rodgers; a brother, Roger Lee Lance and wife, Donna, of Rupert; and a sister, Molly Sue Baslee and husband, Dan, of Tipton, Mo.
Service will be 1 p.m. Friday at Smathers Funeral Chapel, Rainelle, with Pastor James Dunn officiating. Burial will follow in Lance Family Cemetery, Crag.
Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
