Ricie Boggs, 53, of Richwood, died in a Richwood hospital Friday afternoon after a short illness.
Owner and operator of the White House Restaurant in Richwood, Boggs was the son of the late George and Ida McCoy Boggs.
Survivors include his wife, Ida; five daughters, Mrs. Marjorie Bess of Mt. Storm, Mrs. Roberta Connelly of Richwood, Brenda, Deborah, and Robin, all of home; five sons, Bill of Shinnston, Bob of Richwood, Keith, Kenneth and Randy, all at home; two sisters, Mrs. Ada McMillion of Richwood and Mrs. Louella Wilson of Leivasy; six brothers, Cassie of Baltimore, Md., Calvin of Bel Air, Md., Willie of Columbus, Ohio, Roscoe of Fenwick, Elmer of Leivasy, and Edmund of Richwood; and ten grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. in the New Hope Baptist Church at Fenwick Mountain with the Rev. Gene Collins officiating. Burail will be in the Taylor Cemetery on Fenwick Mountain.
The body will be taken from the Simon and Coleman Funeral Home to the residence at 3 p.m. today.
