Mrs. Melvina Forinash

Mrs. Melvina Jane Forinash, 100-year-old resident of Webster Springs, died Wednesday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Grover Starcher, also of Webster Springs.

She was born Feb. 20, 1850 in Pocahontas county.

Surviving are one other daughter, Mrs. Amanda Duke of Dover, Pa.; a son, William of Akron, O.; and a sister, Mrs. Ellen Anderson of Coxs Mills.

The body is at Dodd and Hurt mortuary at Webster Springs.

Malvina married Elihu W. FORINASH, son of Lorenzo Dow FORINASH and Elizabeth Jane WYMER. (Elihu W. FORINASH was born on 18 Mar 1848 in Lewis Co., VA,²⁸²⁸ died on 11 Mar 1923 in Pickens, Randolph Co., WV ²⁸²⁸ and was buried on 13 Mar 1923 in Pickens, Randolph Co., WV ²⁸²⁸.). The cause of his death was cardiac failure; old age.²⁸²⁹
