JETER, Charles Edmund Memorial graveside service will be 2 p.m Monday at End of The Trail Cemetery, Clintonville, with the Rev. Thomas A. Apperson officiating. Mr. Jeter, 62, of Fairfax, Va., formerly of Rainelle, W.Va., died July 26, 1987, in Fairfax, after a short illness. Surviving: brother, Allen H. of New York City. McCraw Funeral Home, Lewisburg, is in charge of arrangements.
