Rites Wednesday For Mrs. Gregg
Final rites will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Melton Mortuary Chapel for Mrs. Mary Annie Gregg, 81, of Sprague, who died at 6 a.m. Monday in a local nursing home after a long illness.
Rev. L. A. Garten will be in charge snd burial will be in the Calfee Cemetery at Mount Tabor.
A daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Milam, she was bom May 30, 1889 at Harper. Mrs. Gregg was a life-long resident of Raleigh County.
Her husband, Herbert H. Gregg, preceded her in death in 1948.
She is survived by a [step]son, Walter of Beckley; six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Melton Mortuary after 4 p.m. today.
Pallbearers will be Tom Gregg, Robert Gregg, Dearl Gregg, Patrick Sullivan, Moss Williams and Dearl Seelinger.
