Greenbrier Man Given Moonshine Violation Term
Frank Worthie Robinson of Greenbrier County pleaded guilty Thursday in federal court to a three-count indictment charging him with moonshine violations and was sentenced to six months in prison an 18 months on probation.
Robinson was charged with operating an unlicensed distillery, making about 45 gallons of mash and possessing about four gallons of whiskey on Oct. 10 at Duo in Greenbrier County.
He was sentenced on the fisrt count of the indictment.
