Mr. McGown, 53, of Somerset, Pa., formerly of Mount Hope, died Friday in McKees Rocks, Pa. Heavy duty operator and member of International Local Engineers of Philadelphia, Pa. Surviving: widow, Golie Haley; daughters, Mrs. Phyllis Kelly of Pax and Miss Nellis Margaret McGown of Somerset; sons, Wilbur Lee Jr. of Mansfield, Mass., and Harold Thomas of Wheaton, Md.; father, Sandy L. McGown of Ronceverte; sister, Mrs. Eunice Williams of Mount Hope.
