PAUL R. SPENCER, 67, OF SMOOT, Greenbrier County, died Nov. 18, 1986, in Humana Hospital Greenbrier Valley, Fairlea. He was a veteran of World War II and and a member of VFW, UMW and Sam Black United Methodist Church. He was a retired miner Surviving: wife, Thelma Moore Spencer; daughters, Mrs. Palma Lee Cook of Leslie, Mrs. Pamela Witt and Peggy Spencer, both of Smoot; brother, Jack of Lake Geneva, Fla.; one grandchild; four stepgrandchildren. Service will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Wallace-Wallace Funeral Home, Rainelle, with the Rev. Steve Thomas and the Rev. Clyde Gumm officiating. Entombment will be in Wallace Memorial Mausoleum, Clintonville. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Paul married Thelma Louise MOORE, daughter of Bernard Clark "Bern" MOORE and Della Canada HINES.
