Leroy K. Drawbaugh, 84, of Newberry Twp., died Thursday, July 15, 2004 at York Hospital. He was the husband of Marjorie F. (Crane) Drawbaugh. Service will be at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 19, 2004 at the Beaver-Urich Funeral Home, Inc., 305 W. Front St. in Lewisberry. Officiating will be the Rev. David A. Yost. Burial will be in Parkville Cemetery. A viewing will be Monday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Drawbaugh was born in Newberry Twp. on June 3, 1920, a son of the late Aaron and Bertha (Staley) Drawbaugh. He retired from PennDot after 14 years of service. Prior to that he worked for York Haven International Paper Mill. Mr. Drawbaugh is survived by six daughters, Carolyn Zeigler of Dover, Shirley Drawbaugh of York Haven, Rosemary Huntsberger of Etters, Bonnie Anstine of Dover, Connie Hughes of Dover and Crystal Drawbaugh at home; a son, Kent L. Drawbaugh of Etters; 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Leroy married Marjorie F. CRANE, daughter of Harry Thomas CRANE and Della Dixon HANNA. (Marjorie F. CRANE was born on 26 Mar 1923 in Esty, Greenbrier Co., WV 619.)
