MOCKSVILLE, N.C. - Frantz Boone "Bill" Callison, 84, of Mocksville died Feb. 18, 1999, in Forsyth Memorial Hospital, Winston-Salem.
He was a native of Landisburg, W.Va., retired from DuPont, Belle, W.Va., and a member of First United Methodist Church, Mocksville.
Surviving: companion, Tillie Hanes; daughters, Barbara Basham and Janet Taylor, both of Mocksville; son, Jerry Callison of Mocksville; sisters, Wilma Foster of Myrtle Beach, S.C., Lib Skaggs and Gladys Brown, both of Ansted, W.Va., Helen Hudson of Fayetteville, W.Va., Mary Louise Maroney of Charleston, W.Va., Betty Jane Thornton of Beckley, W.Va.; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
Memorial service will be 3 p.m. Sunday at First United Methodist Church, Mocksville, with the Rev. Charles M. Turner Jr. officiating. Friends may call after service at the church. Eaton Funeral Services, Mocksville, is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to First United Methodist Church, 305 North Main St., Mocksville, NC 27028.
