Myrtle Bays Hastings, 74, of 20 Granger Road, Frostproof, formerly of East Bank, died July 14, 1989, at Walker Memorial Hospital, Avon Park, after a short illness. She was a member of Hampton Baptist Church, East Bank. She was retired from Kanawha County Board of Education food service. Surviving: mother, Maggie Bays of Lewisburg; sister, Jane Coleman of Nashville, Tenn. Pryor Funeral Home, East Bank, is in charge of arrangements.
