Mr. and Mrs. Powell Hawkins of East Rainelle have announced the marriage of their daughter, Barbara Arbeutus, and William David Smith, son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Smith of Meadow Bridge. The couple was married Aug. 21 in Clifton Forge, Va. Mrs. Smith was graduated from Rupert High School and is employed by the Greenbrier County Board of Education as secretary at the East Rainelle Elementary School. Smith was graduated from Meadow Bridge High School and Concord College and is employed by the Greenbrier County Board of Education as a teach at Crichton High School. The couple is living in the Goff Apartments at Rainelle.
