RUPERT - Mrs. May C. Hunter, 78, of Rupert, Greenbrier County, died Tuesday at Greenbrier Valley Hospital, Ronceverte.
She was a member of Beaver Creek Baptist Church at Kieffer.
Surviving: daughters, Mrs. Mary Deitz and Mrs. Hattie Remley, both of Rupert, Mrs. Louise Carsaro of Omaha, Neb.; sons, James of Rupert, Earl of Rockville, Md., Llewellyn of Hampton, Va.; sisters, Mrs. Mattie King of Rupert, Mrs. Dessie Scruggs of McRoss; brother, Billy Crane of Hinton, Lomen Crane of Elton; half-sister, Mrs. Annie Sanford of Rainelle; half-brother, Wade Hunter of Rainelle.
Service will be 2 p. m. Sunday in Beaver Creek Baptist Church at Kieffer with the Rev. Leroy Crane and the Rev. J. H. Quesenberry officiating. Burial will be in Burnes Cemetery at Keiffer.
Friends may call after 10 a.m. Saturday at Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home in Rainelle.
