SMITH, Noel - 59, of 1249 Crescent Rd., died Thursday morning in St. Francis Hospital. He had been employed in the compressor department of the United Fuel Gas Co. for 20 years. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Clara Smith; his mother, Mrs. Laura Smith of Rupert; two sons, Noel Jr. and Donald K. of Charleston; a daughter, Mrs. Lloyd D. Smith of Wheeling; a brother, J. E. Smith of Parkersburg; two sisters, Mrs. William L. Smith of Tampa, Fla., and Mrs. Wran Withrow of Rupert. The body is in Wilson mortuary. Service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Wilson mortuary with Rev. Oswald Schwalbe officiating. Burial will be in Cunningham Memorial Park. The body is in the mortuary.
