BILLIE WARREN HIGGINBOTHAM, 72, of Oak Hill died Sept. 19, 1992, at Raleigh General Hospital, Beckley. He was retired from Cedar Coal, Chelyan, with years service and was a Baptist. Surviving: daughters, Rose Marie Fleshman Godbey of Fayetteville, Margaret Ann and Sharon Jean Higginbotham, both of Oak Hill; son, Billie Wayne of Oak Hill; sisters, Margie Richmond of Charleston, Vermont Neff of Danese, Hilma and Shirley Nolan, both of Wilmington, Del.; brother, Jackie Keith of Rock Hill, S.C.; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. Service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill, with the Rev. David White and the Rev. Mack Canterbury officiating . Burial will be in High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Donations may be made to Caring Hands, Box 360, Oak Hill, W.Va. 25901.
