Mamie L. Bond, 82, of Nettie, Raleigh County, died Tuesday, July 6, 1999, at home after a long illness. She was a lifelong resident of Nettie and attended Mount Zion United Methodist Church. Surviving: daughters, Janet George of Nettie, Freda Stull of Leivasy; son, Rickey Lee at home; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren. Service will be 2 p.m. Friday at Mount Zion United Methodist Church, Nettie, with the Rev. Garland Groves and the Rev. Harold Duskey officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Nettie. Friends may call two hours prior to service at the church.
