GIRL \endash Tanner and Abby Blagg are parents of a girl, Payton Annette, born March 3 at Integris Canadian Valley Regional Hospital. She weighed 6 pounds, 6 ounces and measured 19 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Bob and Annette McCray of El Reno. Great-grandparents are Bill and Lorena McCray of Calumet, the late Clarence and Leona Brooks and JoAnn Brooks of El Reno. Great-great-grandmother is Edna Bowers of El Reno.

Paternal grandparents are Tammy Blagg of Hinton and the late Bill Blagg. Great-grandparents are Marion and Maxine Blagg of Calumet and Melvin and Betty Garvin of Hinton.
