Isaac Sizemore Succumbs At 97
MABEN (RNS) - Isaac Sizemore, 97, died at his home at noon Wednesday.
Born at Pineville, June 7, 1865, he was a son of the late Marion and Millie McKinney Sizemore.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Nettie Lambert Sizemore of Maben; four sons, Conley of Maben, Ed of North Fork, Gene of Garfield, N.J., and John of Matheny; six daughters, Mrs. Lucy Green of Spanishburg, Mrs. Doris Wood of Baltimore, Md., Mrs. Katherine Hall of Alpoca, Mrs. Lilly Dixon of Pierpoint, and Mrs. Grace Beverly and Mrs. Janie Sizemore of Garfield, N.J.; and a brother, Ned of Wolfpen.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Baptist Church on the Welch-Pineville Road with the Rev. James Bowers in charge. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens at Matheny.
The body will remain at Evans Funeral Home in Oceana.

Services Saturday for Isaac Sizemore
MABEN (RNS) - Funeral services for Isaac Sizemore, 97, will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Matheny Methodist Church instead of the Baptist Church on the Welch-Pineville Road which was previously stated. The Rev. James Bower will be incharge. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens at Matheny.
He died Wednesday at his home.
The body will remain at Evans Funeral Home in Oceana.
