LEIVASY - Erma E. Helms, 89, of Leivasy, Nicholas County, died May 31, 1998, in Greenbrier Valley Medical Center, Fairlea, after a long illness.
She was a homemaker and a member of Mountain Baptist Church, Carl.
Surviving: daughters, Glada Daugherty of Carl, Frances Leegins of Reisterstown, Md.; sister, Leah Stewart of Dania, Fla.; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
Service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Mountain Baptist Church with the Rev. Dave Butler officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to service at the church. Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home, Rainelle, is in charge of arrangements.
