Festy Yoakum, 65, of Rupert, Greenbrier County, died Dec. 15, 1987, in Roanoke Memorial Rehabilitation Center, Roanoke, Va., after a long illness. He was a truck driver and member of the Keiffer Baptist Church, Keiffer. Surviving: sons, George Daniel of Winchester, Ind., William of Chesapeake, Va.; sisters, Betty O'Dell and Mary Ruffner, both of Rainelle, Blanche Whitlow of McRoss; brother, Woodrow of Rupert; three grandchildren. Service will be noon Friday at Wallace-Wallace Funeral Home, Rainelle, with the Rev. James Daily officiating. Burial will be in Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
