LEWISBURG - Lanni Kay McClung, 55, passed away Monday, Oct. 30, 2006, at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center.
Lanni was born July 11, 1951, at Clifton Forge, Va., to the late Lanty Keith McClung and "Peggy" Jones McClung.
Lanni was a member of Rhema Christian Center in Fairlea, a member of Sigma Sigma Sigma sorority at Concord College, was a manager for Rite Aid Pharmacy and was an avid Mountaineer and Miami Dolphin fan. She was also a staunch supporter of all Greenbrier East athletics.
Other than her parents, Lanni was preceded in death by a sister, Terry McClung Bland.
Survivors include a daughter, Terri McClung of Lewisburg; a sister, Patricia McClung of Lewisburg; two brothers, William K. McClung and wife, Patty, of Fairfax, Va., and Larry K., McClung and wife, Claudia,
of Raleigh, N.C.; brother-in-law, Larry R. Bland of Concord, N.C.; and several nieces and nephews.
Service will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home, Lewisburg, with the Rev. Stewart Farley officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary United Methodist Church Cemetery.
