CINCINNATI, Ohio ? Donna Gene O?Dell Dorsey, 78, passed away on Monday, May 5, 2008, at her home, following a short illness.
Born July 21, 1929, at Orient Hill, W.Va., she was the daughter of Clarence and Cutis McClung O?Dell.
Donna was a member of Evendale First Church of God in Evendale, Ohio, and a graduate of Nicholas County High School.
She was a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and a homemaker.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Tom Dorsey; and a sister, Nina Boggs.
Survivors include her husband, L.J. Dorsey of Cincinnati, Ohio; three daughters, Janice Southerland (Jim) of Cincinnati, Ohio, Patty Haggard (Gary) of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Marla Douglass (Scott) of Cincinnati, Ohio; a son, Dean Dorsey (Kay) of Cincinnati, Ohio; a brothers, Curley O?Dell of Richmond, Va.; 10 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
Service will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Wallace & Wallace Chapel in Rainelle, with the Rev. Houston Boothe officiating. Burial will follow in Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville.
Friends may call 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
