OAK HILL \emdash Carol G. Treadway Miller, 75, of Oak Hill died Saturday, June 26, 2010, at Hidden Valley Health Care Center, Oak Hill.

Born March 25, 1935, in Maplewood, W.Va., she was a daughter of the late Dotridge and Pearl McClung.

Mrs. Miller was a medical secretary and was employed by Fayette Clinic, Oak Hill Hospital, Dr.. Joe N. Jarrett and also worked at Oak Hill High School. She also formerly operated "Caring Hands" in Oak Hill. She was a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church, Fitzgerald-Donnelly Circle of the Church and the American Baptist Women. Mrs. Miller was a graduate of Nuttall High School.

She was preceded in death by parents and one sister, Dorothy Keadle.

Survivors include loving husband of 55 years, Sam Miller of Oak Hill; daughter, Cheryl (Chuck) Vance of South Charleston; sons, Kevin Miller of Oak Hill and David (Tina) Miller of Jefferson Hills, Pa.; five grandchildren, Christian Vance, Jennifer and Chase Miller, and Briana and Alex Miller; brothers, Paul Treadway of Dundalk, Md., and Louis Treadway of Woodburn, Ind.; sisters, Mary Lipscomb of Charlotte, N.C., and Ann Wolfe of Lady Lake, Fla.; and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 29, at Tyree Funeral Home Chapel in Oak Hill with the Revs. David Sneed and Steve Malanowski. Burial will be in High Lawn Memorial Park in Oak Hill. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today, June 28, at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Children's Ministry of the Oak Hill Baptist Church.
