  Married: Poff - Craig Mr. And Mrs. Carl Poff of Lilly Park, Rainelle announce the engagement of their dau-ghter, Kelli, to Ty S. Craig, son of Norma Craig of Elizabeth-town, Ky. and John W. Craig of Washington, D.C. Kelli is a 1986 graduate of Greenbrier West High School and a 1992 graduate of West Virginia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Music Education. She is emp-loyed in Nashville, Tenn. Ty received his Bachelor's Degree from Western Kentucky University.
