- Obituary -- Mrs. Mary Crane
Mrs. Mary Crane, 75, died at her home in Rupert yesterday morning. She is survived by a brother [sic - s/b husband], William S. Crane [sic - Crane died in 1933], and sister, Mrs. Betty Hendricks, Roanoke, Va.; a son Herbert of Kessler, Greenbrier county; and five daughters, Mrs. Lula Meadows, Rupert; Mrs. Carma Bietz, Crawley; Mrs. Margie Johnson, East Rainelle; Mrs. [sic - s/b Miss] Amy Crane, Rupert, and Mrs. Prudence Piercy, Clintonville.
The funeral will be conducted by Rev. Joe Smith from the Amwell Baptist church at 2 p.m. today with the Nickell mortuary of East Rainelle directing burial in the church cemetery.
