- Obituary -- Alice Brown Woodyard Cline
ALBANY--Alice B. Cline, 87, of Clinton Street, died this morning at O'Bleness Memorial Hospital.
Born in Alexander Twp., Athens County, she was the daughter of the late John B. and Lelia Craine Woodyard.
Mrs. Cline was a cook for the Albany consolidated school system and a member of Albany Baptist Church.
She is survived by five sons, John Wesley of Logan, James of The Plains, and Clarence, Jack and Gene, all of Albany; two daughters, Hellen Cline of Columbus and Mary Milligan of Athens; 15 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; a brother, James Woodyard of Athens; and two sisters, Ellen Hartman of The Plains and Ruth Cade of Athens.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glen Roy Cline; a brother, Howard Woodyard; and a sister, Elizabeth McCoy.
Services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Albany Baptist Church with Pastor Jim F. Evans officiating. Burial will be in Temple Cemetery.
