- Obituary -- Lieutenant Edward James Starr
Lieut. Edward J. Starr, U.S.A. (retired), died suddenly yesterday at his home, 2401 Chelsea Terrace, of a heart attack. He was 70 years old.
Lieutenant Starr was born at Cockeysville and was in the real estate business in Baltimore before enlisting in the army during the World War. He served in the quartermaster's department at Fort McHenry.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Elizabeth V. Starr; two daughters, Miss Virginia Starr and Mrs. Clennen O'Donnell, and a son, Edward Starr 3rd. Funeral services will be held at 3:30 P.M. tomorrow at a funeral home at North and Pennsylvania avenues. Burial will be in the Woodlawn Cemetery.
