      Walter L. "Pap" Crane, 74, died 5:15 a.m. Saturday, February 22, 2003
      at Manor Care North. He was the husband of Clara M. (Williams) Crane.
      The couple observed their 54th wedding anniversary on November 6. Born
      June 23, 1928 in Greenbrier, WV, he was a son of the late Harry T. and
      Della D. (Hanna) Crane. Mr. Crane was a manager for SKAT Oil Co.,
      Weiglestown for 15 years. He was a member of Shiloh American Legion
      Post 791; West Manchester VFW Post 7374; Rooster Club; Thirteenth Ward
      Club; South End Democratic Club. He also leaves a son, Barry L. Crane
      of Dover; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a sister,
      Marjorie Drawbaugh of Dover; and three brothers, James Crane of
      Wellsville, Samuel Crane of Seven Valleys, and Wilford Crane of East
      Berlin. Viewing 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Emig Funeral Home, 47 N.
      Queen St., Dover. Service to begin 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral
      home with burial to follow in Salem Union Cemetery, Dover. Officiating
      will be Rev. William J. Farrell, pastoral visitation First Assembly of
      God, York. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to York
      Cancer Center, 25 Monument Rd., Suite 194, York, PA 17403.
