- McClung Funeral Is Set Wednesday
LESLIE, March 22 (RNS) -- Funeral rites will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Mt. Zion Methodist Church for James Lowell McClung, 53 year old Leslie resident who died Saturday in a Ronceverte hospital.
McClung was born Aug. 3, 1900 at Rupert, a son of David Livingston and Minnie McClung. He was a member of the Mt. Zion Church on Big Mountain near Quinwood. His death followed an extended illness.
McClung is survived by his mother, his wife, Elizabeth McClung, one daughter, five sons, five sisters and two brothers.
The Rev. Wallace Dorsey will conduct the funeral service and interment will be in the church cemetery under the direction of Wallace and Wallace Mortuary.
