MRS. SMITH DIES; SERVICES TUESDAY
QUINWOOD (RNS) -- Mrs. Myrtle amanda Smith, 74, of Quinwood died Sunday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Emma Lou Parker, at Quinwood after a long illness.
She was a member of the Quinwood Methodist Church and a lifelong resident of Quinwood.
Born March 6, 1885, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Nancy Jane Shawver McClung.
Survivors include one other daughter, Mrs. Carrie O'Dell of Quinwood; three sons, Harry and Lloyd, both of Quinwood, and Jay of Charleston; three sisters. Mrs. Ella Hanna of Clintonville, Mrs. Ollie T. Price of Charleston, and Mrs. Peachie McClung of Quinwood; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Quinwood Methodist Church with the Rev. M. G. Flowers in charge. Burial will be in the End-of-the-Trail Cemetery near Clintonville.
