Member of Quinwood United Methodist Church, retired 33-year postmaster at Quinwood.
Surviving: widow, Carrie Smith O'Dell; sister, Mrs. Ada Poling of Richwood; brothers, the Rev. W. A. O'Dell of Quinwood, Loren O'Dell of Intercession City, Fla.; three grandchildren.
